Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery area and order quantity.
For dealer and wholesale orders, delivery schedules will be arranged according to the business agreement.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including transportation issues, natural events, or government restrictions.
